With a foundation in self-control, a basis of gratitude, faith, and focus, "Him" offers a group coaching program for women on their health and fitness journey.  Steeped in Christian love, you will gain a footing of self-control to be better equipped to "do life" with wisdom.  All while working towards your health and fitness goals and growing in your faith.

YouTube Membership & General Program Information Message.

•  A grassroots movement beginning with a sharing of experience to inspire.  A new and growing group of women who are looking to reach their health and fitness goals all while keeping God in the center.  
• Annual Weekend Retreat.  As the network of women grows, we feel an in-person fellowship time is very important. 
• "Him" is an 8-week program geared to get you off an running on this journey.  
• The program consists of self-control development, mindfulness habit development, fitness and health tips, sharing of best practices, and prayer life development.
• $35 per week with an 8-week commitment. Payment is requested in full at the time of registration. Payment plan is available.  Please inquire. 
• After the initial 8-week program, members can select life-long membership with access to all resources, continued communication, and benefits for $9 per month.
