With a goal to build a God-centered network of women who are both healthy internally and externally who exude self-control and walk in love, faith and prayer.

The online option allows you to join other's from wherever you are located! The group interacts with each other online as well as communicates directly with the coach.

The program consists of self-control development, mindfulness habit development, fitness and health tips, sharing of best practices, and prayer life development.
8-weeks group coaching for $280.
After the initial 8-week program, Him Clients are encouraged to select life-long HIM membership with access to all resources, continued communication, and benefits for $9 per month.
